About
Engineer, entrepreneur, mentor and director. Above all, a builder
My story
On paper, I ticked a lot of the right boxes. 18 years at HP Indigo, from NPI and industrialization to production operations and a repair network. I built teams, hired engineers and managers, and worked with the US, Mexico, India, the Netherlands and Turkey. Career, family, home, travel, friends. From the outside, it looked like success.
But inside there was a quiet, stubborn feeling that something had stopped breathing. I changed roles, moved between units, explored directions. At some point I understood that the change wouldn't come only from the outside.
At 35 I started searching. For more than 15 years since, I've been learning in the worlds of personal development: psychology, philosophy, leadership, neuroscience, bodywork, courses, workshops and mentors, from leading teachers in Israel and abroad. I explored many worlds and studied many fields, and looking back, I wasn't looking for one answer. I was trying to understand the question.
I found that real fulfillment isn't in the degree, the title or the salary. It's in our ability to create, contribute and make an impact.
And the answer I found was simple: I'm a builder. Someone who turns something that doesn't exist yet into something that works. That's what I've done all my life, on the factory floor, with teams, and in my own life.
That's where my mission comes from: that every builder in the world can realize their full potential and make a positive impact on the world. That's why I work with companies and founders, mentor managers, sit with leadership teams and boards, and build Innovibe.

Mentor
Business and personal mentoring for managers and founders
I mentor managers, founders and high-capacity people at the moments where business, career and life meet: decisions, overload, transitions and growth. A graduate of the Hatchala Hadasha mentors course (2020), and a mentor to MBA practicum students at The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo. I'm not a magician or a guru. Life taught me to listen deeply, ask the right questions and connect people to themselves.
I believe in people. Not because of who they are, but because of who they are still afraid to become.
He knew how to ask the right questions, really listen, and give precise tools you can apply right away.
He helped me stop, understand what was really going on with me, and move forward at the pace that was right for me.
Director
Executive and board advisory
A graduate of the Ohayon Center's board director track (Executive Certificate in Board Directorship, 2026). I bring to the leadership and board table what I learned on the floor: looking at the system behind the reports, asking the questions that separate a target from execution, and spotting operational risk before it becomes a crisis.
Where I contribute most is operations and scaling, and alongside it, oversight of technology and AI.
Early in my formal board journey, but not early in leading complex systems.
An exceptional manager… he builds trust and brings out the best in people.
