For 20 years I saw good problems get stuck not for lack of knowledge, but because the right people never meet: an engineer with a solution, a company with a problem, and an investor looking for both.
My vision is to connect real problems worth solving with the right people, knowledge, technology and capital. My role isn't to build everything myself, but to build the system that lets the right people build together.

A home for builders
Builders are people who turn something that doesn't exist yet into reality: founders, engineers and developers, product and operations people, researchers, industry people and investors. What they share isn't a job title, but a tendency to take ownership and connect an idea to execution.
My goal for the next three years: a global ecosystem of builders, founders, engineers, managers, researchers and investors, that connects those who need with those who can. Today Innovibe is in its early stages, growing through meetups, connections and content. My work with companies is part of the way there: it teaches me what the real need is.

Solving friction along the lifecycle of complex equipment. Every project is also a sensor for what the market needs. Now.
- Influence
The leadership and board table: operations and scaling, and oversight of technology and AI. Over the next year or two.
- The destination
Innovibe as a global ecosystem of builders that connects needs with resources, with products that support it. Within three years.
