Work with me

Three ways in, and it always starts with a diagnostic

Every engagement starts with one clear picture: where it's stuck, what holds the problem in place, and what has to move first.

Main focus

Fractional COO & Engineering Lead

For companies and startups moving from prototype to scale. I come in for a defined period, a few days a week, and own the move from development to production: production readiness, NPI handoff, supplier selection and ramp-up.

What you get

  • A clear readiness picture before ramp-up
  • An orderly development-to-production handoff, with an owner for each interface
  • Suppliers selected and checked on-site
  • An operating rhythm that keeps working after I leave

Value chain

Value-chain problem solving and supplier audits

When a problem crosses engineering, business and process lines, from design through suppliers to the field, I open it end to end: root cause, owners and next steps. Supplier audits and on-site reviews in Israel and abroad.

For companies abroad: your local execution partner in Israel. Eyes and hands on the ground with suppliers and subcontractors.

What you get

  • A clear management-level picture
  • The source of failure and the main friction points
  • Priorities, a recommended next step and defined corrective actions
  • If needed, support through stabilization and rollout

Field experience

Supplier audits, repair centers, engineering and quality work in the US, Mexico, India, the Netherlands and Turkey.

Practical AI

AI and automation in real businesses

For owners and managers who want AI to actually save time and money. Pick one process, fix it, automate it with the tools you already have, and measure.

Where to go next

This track has its own site, with the diagnostic and the pilots.

How to start

A sprint on one problem

5–10 business days on one problem: up to four short interviews and a data sample, a map of the process and its handoffs, a baseline where possible, priorities, owners and an action plan. At the end, the sponsor decides: implement in-house, a defined next step, or stop.

  • Depth: a broader lifecycle and supplier diagnostic, 2–4 weeks
  • Next: building the mechanism and a shared metric, 4–12 weeks
  • Ongoing: Fractional COO & Engineering Lead, 3 months minimum
  • Crisis: Interim or Task Force, when a supplier fails or a ramp-up stalls

Who it's for

  • VP Operations, COO, VP Quality or VP Service at a company with complex equipment or systems, where the problem lands on their desk
  • Founders of hardware companies after a raise, on the way from prototype to production
  • Headquarters abroad with suppliers or partners in Israel, who need eyes and hands on the ground
  • Consulting firms and engineering houses that need an available specialist for a project already sold

A good sign of fit: one problem active right now, a sponsor, and a data sample.

The method

People • Process • Platform • Applied AI

I look at the system through three layers: the people and the interfaces between them, the processes and how decisions flow, and the platform: product, engineering, quality and tools. Applied AI comes in where it saves time and sharpens the picture, as a working tool rather than the goal.
